AlNiCo Magnet is a kind of high-performance synthetic permanent magnet composing of metallic aluminum, nickel, ferrocobalt, and other matallic elements. According to different production modes, it can be divided into 2 types: Casting and Sintering, for casting type, different core size can be produced, magnet energy is high, temperature coefficient for production is low; for sintering typel, generally, it is defined as smaller size, but mechnical strength is higher than casting type.

Features of AlNiCo magnets:
Compact crystallization, high strength, strong resistance to corrosion; composition uniformity, excellent magnet performance; good temperatures stability(Br temperature coefficient is the minimum among all kinds of permanent magnet materials). Maximum service temperature reaches 500 deg. Sintered magnet can be produced to be small volume, complicated shape magnet and build-up magnet.
Because of its temperature condition is excellent(maximum operating temperature can 500 deg), low temperature coefficient, high hardness, strong magnet, and other iron features, it is broadly applied in generator, loudspeaker, measuring instrument, eletro-technical instrument, and other fields.
