Products can be processed to be squares, discs, rings and tile shape, as its corrosion resistance is strong. generally, its surface needs no electroplating treatment, In case of special requirement, the galvanizing,  Nickel plating, tin plating, electro phoresis, and phosphating treatment can be made.  It has widely applicated prospect in aerospace, electrical engineering, motor, sensor, instrument and meter, detector engine, radar and other high tech areas.

Magnetic performance and physical property of Sintered of AlNiCo

AlNiCo magnet is a kind of high performance synthetic permanent magnet composing of metallic aluminum, nickel, ferro cobalt, and other metallic elements.  According to different production modes, it can be divided into two types:  Casting and sintering, for casting type, different core size as can be produced. Magnetic energy is high, temperature coefficient for production is low, for sintering type, generally, it is defined as a smaller size. But mechanical strength is higher than casting type.

Features of AlNiCo

Compact crystallization, high strength, strong resistance to corrosion,  Composition uniformity, excellent magnetic performance, Good temperature stability(Br Temperature coefficient is the minimum among all kinds of permanent magnet materials).  Maximum service temperature reaches 500℃. Sintered magnets can be produced to be small dimension, complicated shape magnets and build-up magnets.

Because of its temperature Condition is excellent( Maximum operating temperature can be 500℃),  Low temperature coefficient,  High hardness, strong magnet and other iron features,  It is broadly applied in generator, loudspeaker measuring instrument, electro-technical instrument and other fields.
